FI-TF-02 Purpose of the job.
International Treasury  and Regional Treasury Network (NAM, LAM, APAC, MEA, Europe) manages financial risk and secure liquidity centrally and at each unit level to distribute the adequate resources and expertise to each and every unit.
Participate to the execution of intercompany or external funding of subsidiaries Support the team in optimizing affiliates balance sheet (including working capital Initiatives) and streamlining of cash flows repatriation Support the team in maintaining high level of Internal Control POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION Organisation structure.

N/A   Network & Links Internal Treasury Cash Management, Treasury Front Office, Bonds & Guarantees team, Regional & Country Treasurers, FP&A Cash team External Bank partners ACCOUNTABILITIES & AUTHORITIES Key accountabilities.
Enforce compliance of Corporate Treasury Instructions, Contribute to the improvement of Central Treasury tools and processes to optimize efficiency & reliability, Control over month end position of KPIs with affiliates ensuring a solid basis for decision making Contribute to financial results budget/forecast process Analyze data available to maintain a rationalized banking landscape together with Cash Management team, Participate to the review of balance sheets of affiliates notably as part of the dividend campaign policy, Perform analysis of funding requirements submitted by affiliates and monitor the approval process Participate to any ad-hoc projects as required by management   Performance measurements.
Variances versus budget & forecasts for financial KPIs; Roll out of Treasury core model tools in Country/Region Optimization of bank landscape (Core banks & Number of bank accounts open) Maturity of internal control in place for all treasury activities EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES & REQUIRED COMPETENCES Educational Requirements   Mandatory.
University degree, Finance / Business school (MBA, Chartered Accountant…)   Desirable.
Strong accounting, banking or treasury academic background Experience   Mandatory.
2-years experience as external auditor or minimum 2 years of experience in a Corporate Treasury Desirable.
Ability to discern key trends influencing balance sheet & cash flows & capacity to challenge those trends Competencies & Skills   Strong financial culture with basics in taxes & finance law, Strong understanding of cash flow generation cycles & accounting mechanism from Profit & loss to Balance Sheet & Cash Flows Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (Pivot tables, V-lookup,…) Ethics and rigor Excellent communication skills Team oriented, collaboration & positive influence skills, Sense of organization, setting priorities             You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
