Purpose of the Role:
Tropical Incentives DMC is looking for a Senior Trafficker Specialist to manage and optimize
our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in
handling digital traffic, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement for our services in the
MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, Events) industry. This role is crucial for driving our
digital marketing efforts and ensuring the successful execution of our online strategies.Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
including web, email, and social media.
● Monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure maximum ROI.
● Manage the trafficking, setup, and maintenance of digital advertising campaigns.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute content that drives
engagement and conversions.
● Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance and provide actionable
insights.
● Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and meet company standards.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and
advertising.Job Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or 6-8 years of
relevant experience.
● Proven experience as a Trafficker in digital marketing, preferably within the MICE
industry.
● Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and ad platforms.
● Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager,
and other digital advertising tools.
● Experience with campaign setup, management, and optimization.
● Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
