is seeking an Information Technology Professional to fill the position of Senior Systems Engineer.
As a member of the Information Technology Department and Systems team, the Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for the care and maintenance of multiple datacenters as well as cloud infrastructure environments, engineering solutions and changes.
Maintaining best practices is key to this position.
This is a high-paced, challenging environment that requires a confident and knowledgeable engineer that is willing to go the extra mile to provide outstanding solutions with a \"can do\" attitude.

eploy, monitor, and maintain multiple virtualization environments.
ngineer solutions to changing business technology requirements.
nsure all backup solutions are operating as designed.
ork with the Security Team to analyze and mitigate vulnerabilities.
onitor and maintain infrastructure monitoring systems.
entor and upskill team members.
onitor and maintain infrastructure patching and updating systems.
rovide outstanding customer service to our business and end users.

rovide root cause analysis for incidents.

equired QualificationsDegree/certification or 8 years directly related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
xperience working in a multinational organization.
xperience working in an organization with compliance regulations (SOX, NIST, CCPA, DFARS, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.
)Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
xcellent organizational skills.

ommunicate and explain technical issues to non-technical customers.
ossess exceptional troubleshooting skills and knowledge of industry tools used to diagnose and resolve server and datacenter systems.
xpert knowledge of SAN - NAS systems.
xpert knowledge of VMware Hypervisors.
xpert knowledge of Microsoft Server Operating Systems, Microsoft Azure, M365, O365, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Active Directory, NTFS permissions, GPOs, MS SQL Server, Virtualization, Cloud Platforms, Linux in the Microsoft Enterprise, and remote connectivity technologies such as VDI and VPN with MFA.
nowledge of networking technologies as they relate to troubleshooting infrastructure issues.
