You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT projects.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our dynamic team.
ey Responsibilities:- Gather and analyze business requirements to develop comprehensive system specifications.- Design and architect IT solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements.- Oversee the implementation and integration of new systems with existing infrastructure.- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.- Conduct system testing and quality assurance reviews to ensure system functionality and performance.- Provide technical guidance and support to junior analysts and project teams.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful system implementations and deliver value to the organization.- Monitor system performance, identify technical issues, and implement system enhancements and upgrades.- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in system analysis and design.
equirements:-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Proven experience as a System Analyst or related role, with at least 1-3 years in a senior or lead capacity.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of system analysis and design principles.- Proficiency in system modeling and design tools.- Experience in leading and managing IT projects, from requirements gathering to implementation.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.- Relevant certifications (e.
., CBAP, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
