SENIOR SECURITY ENGINEER, CHROME, PRODUCT SECURITY

Security Engineers work with network equipment and actively monitor our systems for attacks and intrusions.
In this role, you will also work with software engineers to proactively identify and fix security flaws and vulnerabilities.
The Product Security team is responsible for maintaining critical operations processes within the Chrome Security team.
In this role, you are responsible for vulnerability management, security incident response, coordinations, disclosures, and security update release management.
Each member of the team has ownership of one or more aspects of driving security outcomes in Chrome, such as through security reviews, consulting, Vulnerability Rewards Program (VRP) bug bounty, and security outreach.
You will be working with the Product Security team to maintain and improve the quality of vulnerability management and security bug triage processes, and working with members of the wider Chrome Security team to lead on security outreach efforts, such as security advocacy and post-mortems of critical and high security issues.
