SENIOR QA AUTOMATION TESTER

Join Epicor as an Automation Tester Senior! In this role, you’ll design, develop, and implement test cases, scripts, and automation frameworks to enhance product quality.
You’ll also perform product inspections, analyze data trends, identify error patterns, and monitor quality issues to ensure continuous improvement.
What you will be doing.
Develop, modify, and execute software test plans.
Manage and maintain advanced manual and automated testing processes.
Oversee quality metrics and advanced reporting techniques.
Analyze features and contribute to design improvements from the customer’s perspective.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives.
Mentor the team on testing processes and product capabilities.
Actively participate in requirements reviews and provide expert recommendations.
Estimate timelines and scope for new software changes.
What you will likely bring.
3+ years of experience in test automation with proven success.
Expertise in developing and executing test cases, scripts, and complete QA processes.
Strong experience in creating, maintaining, and analyzing manual/automated test results.
Proficiency in task planning, estimating timelines, and leading teams to meet goals.
Experience with API testing and Python.
Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks, including Postman, WDIO, Rest C#, Selenium, Protractor, and Pytest.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
Experience with DevOps practices.
Knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
