ob DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager will take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery to ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of effective service.
This includes interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages, managing schedules and budgets, and overseeing general contractors and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
esponsibilities include reviewing construction, assessing work-in-place, approving capital expenditure spends, including the revision of cost estimates prepared by contractors and others within a client's organization.
his professional will also be responsible for planning, organizing, scheduling, directing, and controlling the delivery of the project on time.
ualificationsEducation/Experience.
inimum of 10 years' experience as a project manager.
xperience in commissioning.
xperience in LEED Projects is a plus.
ngineering or architectural degree with chartered status.
luent in English and Spanish at a working level to lead meetings, prepare reports and written communication, do presentations, and talk to clients and suppliers.
MI or equivalent certification is a plus.
nowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 is a plus.
roficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
nowledge of AutoCAD and BIM.

upport engineering decisions relating to project cost and budget during design-build changes.
eview requests for payment.
dvocate on behalf of the client during disputes, disagreements, modifications, or change orders.
nalyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
rack and ensure equipment meets the project schedule.
ead value engineering sessions as required.
versee and manage the transfer of building operations to the client, including all close-out documentation and warranties.
ollaborative approach, client-facing, able to develop strong relationships, confidently present to clients and stakeholders
