What Youll be Doing
This position is to support the proper performance of the payroll core activities, such as Voluntary and nonvoluntary terminations paychecks calculations, uploadcapture payroll requests, managing local payroll tax calculationpayment, saving fund loans, local payroll tasks, back up of Benefits process as restaurant and grocery coupons monthly requests, follow up and resolution of any kind of discrepancies on these benefits. Address, validation, and resolution on Payroll incidences through ticketing tool. Assists in testing process to payroll system changes.
Youll report to the Payroll Manager.

During a Typical Day, Youll

Upload payroll incidences, validate payroll taxes and validate Fonacot Loans to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery,
Voluntary and nonvoluntary terminations paychecks calculations
Reconcile and process Local Payroll Tax and process Savings Fund Loans
Load, reconcile and payment of Fonacot Loans
Escalates payroll and system issues as appropriate.
Delivery documents required to the Government Institutions as FONACOT IMSS INFONAVIT Secretaria de Finanzas
What You Bring to the Role

Begin bachelors degree or Unfinished bachelors degree related to administrative areas.
Able to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of employee and payroll data. High level of integrity and judgment
2 3 years of experience in PayrollHC
English skills
Excel Intermédiate
Delivers consistent, highquality customer service.
