Nov The MSL is a medical professional with strong scientific and therapeutic area expertise with an essential field-role focused on developing and maintaining peer-to-peer relationships with medical experts, key opinion leaders and key stakeholders.
MSLs engage in in-depth medical and scientific product or disease area discussions, and presentations in a non-promotional scientific context.
The MSL will primarily support the company’s Specialty Franchise collaborating with a cross-functional team to transform the therapeutic context of interest.

Develop and maintain peer-to-peer collaborations and relationships with key medical experts in the therapeutic area of interest (e.

respiratory, allergology) Identify and engage the external community appropriately in robust scientific dialogue that generates insight and advances scientific and medical understanding.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the access strategy.
Support clinical development initiatives, including site identification, trial recruitment, registry, and follow-up activities across the continuum (investigator sponsored studies, collaborative sponsored studies, GSK sponsored studies).
Serve as a scientific, clinical, and medical content expert and partner within all areas of Medical Affairs (e.
.
Medical Directors, Medical Communications, Medical Establish and maintain a compliant, supportive partnership with Sales team and other counterparts within the Commercial organization.

Bachelor’s degree in medicine with proven experience in the respiratory or allergology field.
2-3 years in the position (MSL) and therapeutic area (respiratory or allergology).
English level.

Demonstrable knowledge on the Private and Public Healthcare Systems, including guidelines and ways of working of private insurance companies, healthcare organizations, general health council and local regulatory agency.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and presentation skills Ability to travel (% varies with geographic responsibility).
Preferred Qualifications.

Medical specialization in the therapeutic area is desirable (e.
