implements production and large-scale manufacturing procedures in a production environment in order to optimize processes and meet regulatory requirements.
may review existing operational and process discrepancies in manufacturing and provide technical expertise to improve procedures.
ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including fda and cofepris standards.
supervise and coordinate production activities through group leaders, ensuring workflow continuity and project fulfillment in terms of quality and quantity.
monitor and optimize key performance indicators (kpis) for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and performance.
manage timecards, time-off requests, and payroll adjustments for employees.
plan, monitor, and evaluate job performance while coaching, counseling, and enforcing policies and procedures.
promote employee engagement and lead impact planning activities to achieve business goals.
train and develop personnel within the assigned area, ensuring compliance with ehs procedures and risk mitigation.
analyze production programs, estimate manpower requirements, and resolve personnel issues.
lead or participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
act as a liaison between management, support teams, and manufacturing associates, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
