We’re looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer, Collaboration to help deliver the best technology experience for everyone at Webflow.
As a key member of the IT team, this role will be instrumental in preparing our company for the next phase of growth and scale.
You’ll focus on honing how Webflowers work together in Jira and Confluence, implementing thoughtful best practices that balance ease of use with a security-first mindset.
In addition to owning the Atlassian experience, this role will contribute to bridging gaps in our collaboration platforms, ensuring that Webflowers are extracting the most value from the tools they have to work with.
This role requires a strategic approach to system administration, automation and integration, and will have great influence on the people, processes, and technologies at Webflow.
About the role  Location.
Remote-first (Mexico only) Full-time  Permanent The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets.
