\n Mandatory Requirements  \n \n Fluent English (Speaking & Writing) - Ability to communicate clearly with end-users and document escalations effectively.
\n Customer Service Mindset \u Prior experience in customer-facing IT support role is highly desired.
\n 5+ Years of IT Support Experience \u Providing End-User Support in a corporate environment.
\n Excellent Communication Skills \u Strong verbal and written skills to guide T1 agents and communicate technical issues concisely.
\n Advance Troubleshooting & Multitasking \u Ability to handle multiple escalations while diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
\n Leadership & Mentorship \u Capable of guiding and coaching T1 agents, assisting in complex cases, and fostering a team-oriented environment.
\n Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving \u Ability to identify root causes and propose long-term solutions, not just quick fixes.
\n Willing to rotate schedules monthly \u To cover different shifts as required by operational needs.
\n \n   \n Technical Skills (Preferred)  \n \n Microsoft Intune \u Experience with device management and endpoint security.
\n Microsoft Azure \u Familiarity with user management, conditional access policies, and basic cloud services.
\n Active Directory \u User and group management, password resets, and basic troubleshooting.
\n Networking Knowledge - Understanding of basic network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and connectivity issues).
\n ServiceNow (or similar ITSM Tools) - Experience handling tickets, escalations, and change management.
\n Windows OS & Microsoft 365 \u Proficient in Windows troubleshooting, Office Suite, and collaboration tools.
\n Scripting (Bonus) - Basic PowerShell or Bash scripting knowledge for automating repetitive tasks.
\n \n   \n Soft Skills & Work Ethic  \n \n Ownership Mentality \u Takes initiative to resolve escalations effectively.
\n Attention to Detail \u Ensures accurate documentation and follows up on escalated cases.
\n Team Player \u Works well with T1 agents and other IT teams to improve overall service desk efficiency.
\n Adaptability & Continuous Learning \u Wiling to learn new tools and methodologies to enhance IT support capabilities.
