he Senior Functional Analyst is going to be responsible for business requirements, system testing, incident support, and Driving technological innovation and process automation.

hat You'll Be Doing.
esponsible for gathering business requirements and ensuring that IT projects align with the goals and needs of the business.
Conducting testing to ensure that the systems work as expected, preparing test scripts, and creating user manuals.
rovide Support to users experiencing IT incidents, investigate and document properly.
rovide support for maintenance and upgrades.
onitors job errors, works together with our vendors to investigate the root cause and recommend solutions.
onitors internal environment to ensure systems are designed and operate with an appropriate level of internal controls.
ocus on continuous improvements and process automations.

What We Are Looking For.
achelor's degree in information technology, accounting, finance, business administration or computer science, or similar.
+ years as an IT Functional Analyst.
xperience working with Finance/ERP applications including functional and system administration.
xperience working with a ticketing system and providing support.
roject management knowledge.
