SENIOR HEALTHCARE CONSULTANT

The consultant we are looking for is a specialist in healthcare with a passion for driving innovation and change within the industry.
With deep experience in delivering digital solutions and digital advisory services to healthcare providers across the UK.
They will have extensive experience in one or more of the following areas.
Digital Strategy Consultancy, Business Case Development, Technical Project Management, Health Systems and Technology, RPA and Intelligent Automation, Enterprise and Business Architecture – with further experience of delivering operational improvement/excellence initiatives within the industry.
Atos are client’s prime delivery partner on the national Blueprinting programme.
The programme provides shared learning assets, with the aim of accelerating digital transformation across the client business.
The candidate will have experience, and be confident in engaging with senior level clinicians, CIO, CCIOs across the organization.
This can be within a consulting or industry role.
In addition, they will have business acumen and play a senior role holding delivery responsibility.
You will be an experienced delivery professional adept at building client relationships and managing complex engagement.
You are responsible for leading teams and delivering high quality consulting work with high client satisfaction.
Day-to-day responsibilities.
Lead consulting engagements within the Healthcare and Life Science practice Select resources for delivery of an engagement.
Work in close proximity with the customers, account team, and the delivery team to identify business-related problems and present outcome-based solutions.
Responsible for ensuring that all solutions are delivered in a manner that is quality-driven, meets internal standards, and the expectations of the customer.
Build and maintain contacts and relationships with customers to drive lasting account growth.
Responsible for the mentoring and training of junior consultants Actively participate in the development of internal standards, processes, procedures, methodology, and services Develop thought leadership within the firm, writing papers and producing case studies.
Must be willing to travel and work remotely as and when required.
Essential criteria.
Preferably 5+ years’ experience leading consulting engagements for healthcare  Experience operating in big IT environments and understanding of how to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
Fluent in English both written and spoken.
