Subject Matter Expert in Leasing processes & accounting/regulatory aspects.
Strong knowledge in related systems & existing architecture.
Strong relationship management skills; Will work with cross-functional teams to collectively understand different perspectives, integrate them, ideate & deploy optimal solutions for the various business scenarios that the Organization will operate in.
Strong in data & structural/issue analysis & able to recommend options towards resolution.
Strong Team player; Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
Expected to represent the team in internal & external forums & provide mentoring/guidance to co-team members.
Strong Analytical Skills; Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives.
Excellent project management and process development skills.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Superior business application skills (e.
., Microsoft Excel).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, Strong business acumen.
Education and Experience Required.
First level university degree with a focus in business/advanced degree or accounting certification (e.
., CA/CPA/MBA) strongly preferred.
Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
Typically experienced in more than one finance function.
