SENIOR FINANCE ANALYST JOB DETAILS | KELLANOVA

If you’re ready to bring the best, join the Finance team as a Senior Finance Analyst.
You’ll be responsible for providing high quality analysis related to people’s compensation and discretionary expenses,  identifying risks and opportunities.
This includes budgeting, forecasting, monthly monitoring and variance analysis.
This role is located in Querétaro, México, with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week – subject to change.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing   Manage Overhead expenses.
People Comp and controllable OVH.
Analyze financial data and provide variances explanations for decision support.
Construct and prepare OVH reports and provide visibility on a monthly basis and distribute to Finance partners.
Exposure.
Schedule and prepare for Overhead meetings with Cost Center Owners and Finance Director.
Budget and Strategic scenarios.
Populate Anaplan system with approved Budget and Forecast of fully OVH amount.
Support on financial forecasting during Budget and Strategic scenarios.
Execute program plans or phasing changes into expenses forecast and/or accruals.
Standarization and automatization.
Identifying simplification, standardization and automatization opportunities pursuing continuous improvement projects and implementing process enhancements.
We’re Looking for Someone With   Accounting, Finance or similar degree with previous experience.
Experience in similar roles 2-3 year.
Experience in People Cost is a plus.
Analytical skills, attention to detail and focused on results.
Advanced Excel and desirable knowledge in SAP and Anaplan.
Able to effectively communicate in English.
