Supervise activities of plating support personnel like Chemical Analyst,Haz-Mat handler Plan plating chemical consumption and initiate consumption reductionactivities Lead yield and quality improvement projects Create and execute training plan for Chemical analysis andtroubleshooting Perform equipment and instrument buy-off and commissioning Update procedures, specifications and other related documents Ensure audit readiness of controls, instruments and documents Ensure 5S compliance of chemical laboratory, chemical storage and workarea Owns area cluster projects such as 6-STEPS Improve and maintain control limits, DI and Cpk Create Purchase Specification for raw materials and new equipments You are best equipped for this task if you have.
Masters / Graduate of Bachelor degree in Chemistry / ChemicalEngineering Advanced conversational and written English Experience in electrolytic plating process Actual experience in using problem solving tools and applications suchas DOE, SPC, 8D, JMP Knowledgeable in FMEA, Control Plan and Statistics Computer literate such as Microsoft Office (excel, word and powerpoint) Experienced in plating chemical analysis and safe handling ofhazardous chemical Certification in IPC and experience in semiconductor manufacturing anadvantage #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
