SENIOR ENGINEER - ANALOG DESIGN - HÍBRIDO

Responsibilities: Define microarchitecture and innovate various analog/mixed-signal blocks. Produce detailed specifications and comprehensive documentation . Create circuit schematics and collaborate closely with layout designers to oversee designs through completion, including physical verification and backend/reliability processes. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams (Architecture, Behavioral Modeling, Logical Design, Physical Design, Firmware, Design Verification, Silicon Bring-up) to ensure seamless collaboration and high-quality execution. Mentor and supervise junior engineers . Qualifications & Skills: Extensive experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design with tape out involvement across several areas such as Receiver, Transmitter, delay-locked loop/phase-locked loop/injection-locked loop, phase interpolator, phase mixer, equalization circuits (CTLE/DFE/FFE), bandgap, regulator, oscillator, PLLs, etc. Knowledge of fin-fet and on-chip inductor design is advantageous. Familiarity with DDR/LPDDR/GDDR technologies is beneficial. Strong understanding of CMOS and VLSI technologies encompassing device physics, layout effects, sub-micron effects, and device reliability. Proficiency in industry-standard tools and practices for analog/mixed-signal and high-speed digital designs (Cadence design environment, HSPICE, etc.). Ability to analyze and interpret characterization data from lab and volume testing. Experience in building VerilogA/AMS behavioral models is a plus. Familiarity with ESD and LDMOS is advantageous. Education and Experience: PhD, M.S./M.Tech, BS/BE in Electronics . Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
