What You’ll Do for Us Lead the execution of the global/regional brands innovation agenda.

refpet, aseptic PET, personalization…) Design the innovation strategy and pipeline for local /regional brands, in close partnership with category teams and R&D Maximize the opportunity for formulas harmonization and implement it in the market Accountable for identifying critical issues, trends and opportunities to influence global pipeline, feed pipeline for local brands and to support the development of critical capabilities.
Qualifications and Requirements Ability to drive innovation agenda forward influencing through art (consumer/shopper insights, needs) and science (business cases, efficiencies, …).
Passion, curious and ability to be external-focused and bring freshness from outside.
Ability to lead very complex projects (multi-functional, multi-country, …) and influence critical external stakeholders (bottlers leadership, JVs, KKAA).
14 or more years of experience including Category Marketing leadership, Innovation strategy & execution and High-Complex project management (from design to business case to implementation) Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams Experience working with marketing in the field is preferred; English is Required; Spanish or Portuguese is required; Functional Skills.
