Job Description Summary.
ROLE OVERVIEW In today's competitive user attention & interaction capture landscape, the importance of DESIGN in marketing is more critical than ever, a key marketing field elevating visual assets and content towards providing great Experiences to our consumers.
To have salient graphic design principles, together with a set of higher-ground visual guidelines that our brands’ identities require, is the playground of excellence our Company aims.
As Senior Director I of Brand Experience DESIGN at The Coca-Cola Company, you are the maestro of design progression and innovation, orchestrating Design strategies that enable the harmonizing of the consumer journey from the first hint of thirst to the satisfaction of sipping.
Your mission is to weave together business objectives and creative cohesive brand ecosystems that delights at every touchpoint.
This role demands a pioneering spirit to leverage bleeding-edge technology, decode market trends, and delve deep into consumer psychographics, sculpting experiences that connect, captivate, and convert.
You are tasked with elevating brand engagement and loyalty by marrying memorable brand experiences with ingrained consumer rituals.
This includes overseeing the genesis of robust IMX campaigns, fusing digital with tangible interactions, and engendering a culture of empathetic, consumer-first design thinking.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES Lead the creation of comprehensive marketing strategies that dazzle and engage through digital, visual, live, and product dimensions.
Direct and contribute to the development of pioneering design systems and solutions that resonate on a global scale.
Ensure creative and business strategies sync harmoniously within a consumer-centered design ecosystem, pulling together all avenues of interaction.
Champion innovative design thinking and agile methodologies to birth new value propositions and align with top-tier (physical and digital driven) brand strategy, UX, and UI principles.
Cultivate an ecosystem of interdisciplinary collaboration and inclusivity, coordinating across functions and geographies.
Drive strategic dialogues and foster partnerships with a spectrum of internal and external collaborators.
Standardize and optimize brands’ visual identity systems, as well as packaging labels for all brands, particularly global brands.
Packaging is our most prominent media, thus an essential priority for our business.
KEY REQUIREMENTS At least 15 years of leadership experience in design, particularly in the CPG, with relevant experience on Digital field.
Significant knowledge/practice in design, digital marketing, media, and brand strategy.
Demonstrated effectiveness in guiding diverse, international teams and fostering collaborative projects.
Abilities at diving into the details for decision-making, setting vision, inspiring adoption of that vision, and ensuring exceptional outcomes.
Fluent English is required; Portuguese and Spanish - preferred.
Expertise.
Deep understanding of the evolving design contexts, media landscapes, e-commerce, and consumer engagement.
Firm grounding in brand strategy, design thinking, agile methods, and making impactful connections.
Proven skill in nurturing team dynamics and cultivating leadership.
Significant knowledge and practice of Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign apps.
Understanding of how AI can elevate Design added-value in Marketing Essential, frequent interaction with a range of senior leaders and operational stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and collaborative wins.
