Senior Circuit Design Engineer – DRAM Design Opportunity Summary.
We are seeking a Circuit Design Engineer responsible for designing and analyzing digital and analog circuits for memory products.
You will work in a collaborative, multicultural environment, developing advanced technologies and optimizing designs to ensure top quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities.
Contribute to the design and optimization of Memory/Logic IP.
Perform parasitic modeling and design validation.
Oversee the layout design process.
Conduct verification processes using industry-standard simulators.
Promote cross-team communication to achieve standardization.
Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or higher with 3+ years of experience (preferred for senior roles).
Effective communication skills for sharing ideas.
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, Verilog, UVM, etc.).
