SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Job Description.

Minimum Qualifications.
Great communication and presentation skills, with ability to organize and present technical material in a way that is easy to understand by non-technical audience.
Process and detail oriented Driven and self-motivated Great writing and documentation skills Knowledge of software development lifecycle, agile framework, database concepts, and project management using Agile development methodologies, data workflows, application design Knowledge on NetSuite platform components such as SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBuilders etc.
Data analysis and visualization using SQL, SuiteAnalytics building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
A minimum of 6years’experience inbusiness analysis or a related field.
Bonus points for experience implementing CRM, ERP, or any other IT solution.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong organizational skills.

Come up with proposal for process improvements, data clean up, and designs for new solutions based on best practices and industry standards.
NetSuite familiarity or experience is a plus.
Work with the customer and be capable of understanding how the product works, and get high-level knowledge on how it was built (what technology was used ie.
saved search, 3rd integration, in-house automation) Educate and collaborate with the internal departments/stakeholders.
Streamline technological processes to make them more efficient.
Train and mentor peers on existing technologies and solutions Analyze customer's pain points and bridge the gap between the customers and the development team.
Evaluating business processes, as well as anticipating, and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
Performing requirements analysis for approved initiatives.
Managing projects, developing project plans, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of projects and oversee implementation.
Conducting meetings, presentations, and ongoing reviews of projects updates.
Facilitatingashared understanding of the problem, the possible solutions, and the scope of the project.
Managingthebacklog and prioritizingrequests by making smartdecisionsusing data-driven analysis and sound judgment.
