Position Objectives Agave brands business analysis.
provide business insights to HoT & TAG management, Agave marketing teams and operations teams as well as the TAG growth acceleration team with a focus on identification and capturing of growth opportunities and ensuring appropriate and efficient financial resource allocation.
Doted line to TAG business analysis & intelligence director.
Main Functions Analyzing of depletion P&L and preparation of monthly deep dives on market performance, resource allocation, key KPIs, through relevant and sharp presentations to top management in line with TAG analysis.
Analyzing key category and sell out trends (IWSR and Nielsen/sell out data platforms) as well as pricing vs guidelines.
Actively engaging in financial planning and forecasting in close collaboration with brand, growth acceleration and operations teams with responsibility for modeling pricing and profitability metrics.
Acting as key liaison between TAG finance/growth acceleration and HoT teams, including to derive any category or portfolio forecast to be used for diverse processes/projects (A&P planning, COGS, Capex, etc).
Leading bespoke Agave brand analysis work spanning a broad range of topics including innovation opportunities and business cases, portfolio pricing strategies, cost of goods evolution and marketing investment effectiveness and efficiency.
Job Requirements Master of science or equivalent in business and/or engineering 4+ years of experience in finance/brand strategy/consulting roles in a consumer goods business, with experience collaborating with commercial & marketing teams You are an experienced professional with a robust knowledge of finance, business and strategy.
You excel at business analysis with a capability to see the big picture, identify key drivers of performance and share impactful insights through compelling financial storytelling.
You are comfortable working independently but also enjoy being a collaborative business partner; influencing, collaborating and clearly communicating in a cross-functional environment to drive alignment with various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
You have a positive and motivated mindset, enjoy working on different projects simultaneously, and are driven to proactively identify business challenges and collaborate on opportunistic solutions.
