Job Description Summary.
Drive RTD Tea Brand strategy and execution across LATAM OU for leader brands to maintain growth and deliver short-, mid-, and long-term growth targets by closely co-working with category leaders and system networks.
Lead brand marketing and grow sales, profit, and market share by establishing strong Brand Equity, robust strategy development, and strong plan development and execution.
Responsible for inspiring and coordinating cross-functional teams across the Coca-Cola LATAM OU, Bottling partners, and Global teams.
What You’ll Do for Us Develop a Strategic Business Plan and Annual Execution Business Plan for a responsible product portfolio, working with other senior brand managers and the Category head/lead to deliver sustainable value growth.
Compelling growth strategy development covering vision to inspire key customers and bottlers to drive support and commercial acceleration of brands in key markets and retail channels Identify key business priorities to develop solid marketing initiatives and commercial execution plans.
Work closely with other functions to execute in the markets.
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams on work assignments and tasks; provide direction and manage timeline milestones to achieve KPIs and desired objectives.
Brand business diagnosis and holistic analysis (consumer-centric, both macro & market trends, competition, package/VIS, channels, customer) as well as manage day-to-day performance tracking in profit and sales volume, and design brand research Manage brand budget in alignment with brand strategy and productivity guidelines.

Strategic thinking, consumer-centric mindset, intense passion and responsibility to deliver results, ability to establish trust and build partnerships across teams and geographies, influential communication, visioning, positivity, resilience, open-mindedness, and curiosity.
Brand management / Marketing experience with big and global brands and emerging local brands.
Proven experience in leading businesses with holistic consumer marketing experience; holistic market/business diagnostics to identify critical issues, consumer in-depth insight identification, brand growth strategy development, innovation (business model, new product development), and campaign design/development, communication/creative development with Strong financial acumen and business analytics.
Proven track record of leading complex projects with multiple senior stakeholders.
