That’s why our Global Workplace Services team is looking to add a Senior Associate, Workplace Site Operations in Mexico City!As a Senior Associate at Capital One, you’ll manage the day-to-day relationships with our internal customers and lines of business within your assigned geography.
You’ll also engage with external providers responsible for facilities, space planning, moves, food and beverage services and mail services.
You’ll also maintain landlord relationships and engage with landlord facilities team members on day-to-day infrastructure operations.
Responsibilities.
Support the overall site including visitor registration and check in processes, new associate badging and visiting executivesPartner with your internal clients to understand their intent and goals, develop plans that meet their needs and relentlessly pursue options to deliver high-performing resultsEngage with cross-functional teams at all levels and serve as a trusted real estate expertIdentify, recommend\/document and implement ways to drive optimal utilization of the facilitiesContribute to the development of the annual capital and operating-expense budgetsPartner with other internal real estate associates to create solutions and proactively solve problemsCollaborate with other departments, such as Finance, Legal, HR, IT and SecurityFoster a positive work environment through engagement and team building activitiesThe Candidate will.
