Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
Build strong working relationship with distributor sales team Build and develop the capability of sales personnel Motivate sales team to achieve the agreed monthly distribution and promotion target Conduct market analysis and sales analysis through basic data processing Implement SC Johnson (SCJ) initiatives / launches with speed and effectiveness Required Skills / Experience / Competencies.
Bachelor's in Economic, Business Administration or related field Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience as sales personnel in the FMCG industry Experience in managing distributor and highly mobile to travel within Thailand Job Requirements.
