we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team.
this individual will play a pivotal role in designing and engineering new buildings manufactured at our ensenada plant.
key responsibilities.
revit modeling & drafting.
create detailed architectural and construction plans using revit for submission and manufacturing purposes.
draft residential construction details in accordance with us building standards and codes.
code compliance & research.
interpret and apply the international residential code (irc) to all design and construction processes.
conduct research and incorporate code requirements into designs and technical documentation.
structural coordination.
collaborate with or function as the structural engineer to develop and finalize stamped drawings for submission.
mep design & drafting.
design and draft mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (mep) systems, ensuring integration with the overall building plans.
factory floor collaboration.
conduct regular walkthroughs of the factory floor to verify that installations align with the drawings, specifications, and manufacturer guidelines.
work closely with production teams to address discrepancies and ensure quality control.
