What You’ll Do Manage Financial Transactions.
Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring every transaction is processed accurately and on time.
Excel Like a Pro.
Use advanced Excel functions such as VLookups, Sumifs, and pivot tables to analyze and report financial data.
Communicate with Clarity.
Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external vendors or clients through phone and email.
Work Independently, Know When to Ask.
Operate autonomously while recognizing when to escalate unusual or complex issues for guidance.
Prepare Journal Entries.
Create and manage journal entries in accordance with GAAP standards (if applicable).

A strong track record in bookkeeping or accounting, with hands-on experience managing accounts receivable and payable.
Tech-Savvy Skills.
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel, with the ability to create and manage detailed financial reports.
