What you’ll do.
· Responsible for leading a team of quality engineers.
· Developing and implementing quality assurance strategies · Conducting test planning and execution · Identifying and documenting defects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
· Involved in test automation, performance testing, and continuous improvement of QA processes.
Minimum Qualifications.
· Quality Engineer with 7-10 years of experience in Selenium.
· Candidate should be good in both functional and automation skills (SELENIUM) He/she should have basic knowledge on Performance Testing.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Selenium and a background in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus.
This role involves leading quality assurance efforts ensuring the highest standards of software quality and contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities Lead the quality assurance process for various software projects.
Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior quality engineers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
Conduct thorough testing using Selenium to identify and resolve defects.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software quality assurance.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
Implement automated testing frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
Monitor and track quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality aspects.
Coordinate with development teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
Lead efforts to improve testing processes and tools.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
Qualifications Possess extensive experience in Selenium and automated testing.
Have a strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Show proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks.
Have a background in Life and Annuities Insurance (nice to have).
