We are currently searching for a Scrum Master to lead Data Migration and Integration projects.
Responsibilities.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for multiple agile teams, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
Manage integration efforts for payment solutions with platforms like Salesforce, SAP, and other internal systems.
Lead data migration projects, maintaining data integrity, validation, and consistency.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, and stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, addressing productivity challenges and enhancing team efficiency.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including user stories, specifications, and progress reports.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
Provide regular status updates to project leads and stakeholders.
Requirements.
4+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
Hands-on experience with data migration and integration projects, particularly involving Salesforce and SAP.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and principles.
Proven ability to facilitate effective communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
