Overview.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Coordinator with experience in FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling).
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SAP SD module coordination and integration, along with a working knowledge of FICO processes.
This role involves coordinating SAP projects, ensuring smooth system operations, and supporting the implementation of sales and distribution solutions.
Key Responsibilities.
SAP SD Coordination.
Coordinate and manage SAP SD module activities, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design SAP SD solutions that meet organizational needs.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to the SAP SD module, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
FICO Support.
Provide support for SAP FICO module integration, ensuring that financial transactions related to sales and distribution are accurately recorded and reported.
Assist in the configuration and maintenance of FICO settings that impact the SAP SD module, such as account determination and pricing procedures.
Project Management.
Coordinate SAP SD projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.
Training and Support.
Provide training and support to end-users on SAP SD functionalities, ensuring they are proficient in using the system.
Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and documentation related to SAP SD processes.
Continuous Improvement.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the SAP SD module and related areas.
Stay updated on SAP best practices, new features, and industry trends to enhance system performance and user experience.
Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with SAP SD module, including configuration and integration.
Experience with SAP FICO modules is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes, billing, and revenue management.
Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
SAP certification in SD or FICO is a plus.
Working Conditions.
This position may require occasional travel to various company locations.
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed to support project timelines and system upgrades.
