With a growing portfolio of projects and clients, we are looking for a motivated individual for the position of Junior HR Consultant with basic knowledge of the SAP system in the HR/HCM module.
If you have at least two years of experience as a key user or as a starting consultant and are looking for an opportunity to develop your SAP skills, this position is ideal for you.

Basic knowledge of the SAP system in the HR/HCM module – key user with a minimum of two years of experience / starting consultant for the position of junior HR/HCM consultant.
Overview knowledge of Czech legislation (Labor Code, Social Insurance Act) is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills within the internal team and towards customers.
Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic.
Willingness to adapt your work commitment to the needs of the customer.
Active approach to personal development (both in professional and soft skills).
Completion of secondary education is required.
Higher education is an advantage.
Proficiency in English, both spoken (able to communicate) and written (able to respond to English communication in emails, navigate SAP documentation, and documents on the SAP portal).
