This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

esponsibilities:- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.- Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications, focusing on SFDC Data, SFDC Development & Customization, and SFDC Configuration.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.- Ensure the successful deployment and management of Salesforce Experience Cloud and Salesforce DevOPS processes.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable plans.

Salesforce (Experience Cloud), Advisory skills on EPS platform- Implement and manage Salesforce configurations, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.- Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions with other systems and applications.- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize Salesforce effectively.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies, driving innovation and efficiency.
-Qualifications- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in SFDC Data, SFDC Development & Customization, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce DevOPS, SFDC Lightning, and SFDC Configuration.- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Devices and Industry Essentials, with the ability to apply this knowledge to Salesforce solutions.- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address technical challenges effectively.- Showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.- Display a proactive and self-motivated approach, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.- Hold relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect The Cognizant community.
