Salesforce Developer with +4 to 6 years of experience and the following main skills Main skills required.
- Salesforce development (4-6 years of experience) -Apex (triggers, Batch) - Lightning web components - Automation tools - Flows and process builders - Salesforce integrations (API, Rest, Soap) - this is Important - Objects - Relationships - SQL Responsibilities The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the execution of complex Salesforce development efforts across the bank while working with a team of admins and developers.
The ideal candidate will have experience a broad experience of Salesforce development with a proven track record of exceptional results and scalability, and is looking for the opportunity to grow into a development team leader and technical lead over the next several years.
• Design consumable, secure and scalable project-specific architectures to be executed on by administrators and developers • Review existing designs and implementations to deliver an evaluation used to provide scalability and continuity • Participate in every stage of the Salesforce team SDLC • Design and implement standard code review processes • Compare functional requirements with native Salesforce functionalities to provide gap analysis prior to custom development • Provide Impact analysis on existing solutions prior to the execution and acceptance of the proposed solution design.
• Educate, advocate, and utilize development best practices always using Salesforce out-of-box functionality first wherever possible • Evaluate data integration tools and products to be used for various projects and needs • Provide design for new Salesforce-related data integration projects • Collaborate with all roles of the Salesforce team alongside stakeholders (Developer, QA, BA, Admin, Project Manager / Scrum Master, business stakeholders) • Document and communicate Salesforce solution architecture to the Salesforce team #LI-REMOTE
