#WelcomeToCognizant! Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled TechCare RUN AMER specialist/Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce technologies.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SFDC Identity, Security SFDC Development, Customization Salesforce Experience, Cloud SFDC Sharing Visibility, Salesforce DevOps, SFDC Data, SFDC Lightning, SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration.
Responsibilities · Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
· Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce applications ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
· Provide expertise in SFDC Identity and Security to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance.
· Implement and manage Salesforce Experience Cloud to enhance user engagement and collaboration.
· Ensure effective SFDC Sharing and Visibility settings to maintain data integrity and accessibility.
· Utilize Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline development testing and deployment processes.
· Manage SFDC Data to ensure accurate and efficient data handling and reporting.
· Develop and maintain SFDC Lightning components to improve user interface and experience.
· Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
· Configure Salesforce settings to align with business processes and requirements.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations.
· Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to continuously improve solutions.
Qualifications · Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
· Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Show a background in Finance and Accounting as a nice to have skill.
· Exhibit a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.
· Hold relevant Salesforce certifications to validate expertise.
