Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Tareas a realizar:
• Brindar asistencia comercial y resolver consultas través de diversos canales de comunicación (Llamados telefónicos, e-mail, Teams, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Gestionar y actualizar información relevante sobre las interacciones con los canales, utilizando los programas y procesos establecidos.
• Registrar y clasificar correctamente los detalles de los contactos obtenidos en los contactos con los canales sobre solicitudes, patrones de comunicación y áreas de mejora.
Requisitos:
+2 años de experiencia en puestos similares.
Manejo de Excel
Buena comunicación oral y escrita.
Habilidad para manejar múltiples tareas, excelente gestión del tiempo y organización del trabajo.
Fuerte orientación a resultados y enfoque en la satisfacción del cliente.
Residir en Querétaro
