Website Navigation Expertise – Become a master of our website to assist clients, enhancing their experience and addressing any questions they have.
Lead Follow-Up – Stay in touch with leads, ensuring they’ve reviewed our platform and providing answers to any queries they might have.
Customer-Centric Interactions – Make every interaction count, delivering a personalized experience that builds trust and drives conversions.
CRM Mastery – Log all activities and communications into our CRM (OnePageCRM) to keep track of each client’s journey.
Lead Generation During Downtime – Expand our lead database by researching new potential clients on platforms like LinkedIn.
Conduct Client Calls – Set up calls to answer questions, walk clients through website features, and explain benefits.
The Profile What You Bring To excel in this role, you need a passion for sales, a knack for communication, and a proactive approach to every task.
Proven Sales Experience – You have a strong background in sales, especially with cold leads, in competitive environments.
Exceptional English Skills – Communicate clearly and persuasively, both in writing and speech.
CRM & Excel Proficiency – You’re skilled in using OnePageCRM and Excel to manage client information and track your progress.
Independent and Organized – Confidently manage your time and tasks, thriving in dynamic settings without constant supervision.
LinkedIn Savvy – You know how to create and maintain a professional LinkedIn presence for outreach.
Quick Learning Ability – Quickly absorb new information and use it to resolve client questions without repeating yourself.
