Requirements for This Position
To be considered, youll need
Work Experience
2 years of experience in an administrative position.
Proficiency with online tools, Microsoft Office Suite, or GSuite.
Ability to handle a diverse range of straightforward administrative, backoffice and operationsrelated tasks.
Strong computer and email skills.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Great communication skills.
Openness to receive and apply feedback.
Your own computer.
Education
To have received a diploma or other certification for completing education in a US institution, or the equivalent of 3 years of US work experience.
What Youll Do in This Role
If chosen for this opportunity, youll engage in
Basic research and data entry related to business, sales, and marketing operations.
Posting jobs, sourcing and screening new applicants over the phone and email.
Conducting reference and other background checks as needed.
Corresponding with vendors regarding services purchased by the company.
Research and engagement with organizers of industry events, trade shows, and associations.
General business and sales or marketing operation support.
Attend weekly meetings.
Reporting.
