SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

This position is responsible for a variety of sales related duties to include prospecting and developing sales relationships with strategic partners, potential clients, as well as closing new sales and developing a reputable relationship with existing clients.

Responsibilities

Analyzing customer needs and interests, determining which productsservices are appropriate and present to final decision makers and end users.
Prepare proposals with clients specific needs.
Ability to demonstrate Dominion Payroll solutions to prospective clients.
Gather documentation necessary for the conversion of client.
Meet and exceed sales quota.
Build and manage expanding network of influencers so as to extend company footprint and build brand awareness and receptivity.
Partner with clients to leverage value and provide ongoing opportunities and referrals.
Identify prospects within assigned territory or channel.
Develop relevant sales strategies and action plans to convert prospects into clients.
Track and monitor progress against objectives.
Identify opportunities to cross sell companys products and services.
Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities, performance against the sales plan, and other key indicators to the Director of Sales.
Develop and execute cold calling strategy to prospect targets for potential leads.
Responsible to observe, implement and fully adhere to the sales systems used by Dominion Payroll.
Generate revenue by developing market potential through lead generation, networking, tradeshow, recommending productsservices and closing sales.
Provide support for other departmental projects as needed.
Project an outstanding professional image in representing Dominion Payroll to clients and the community.
Meet and exceed activity requirements set forth by the VP of Sales.
Attend meetings to discuss your weekly and monthly activities.Skills and qualifications

02 years of BusinesstoBusiness sales experience required.
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Detail and followup oriented.
Projecting a positive image in representing the company to clients and the community.
Exemplary communication skills including written, verbal and presentation skills.
Superior listening skills.
Selfstarter with ability to meet deadlines in a high stress environment.
Completing and submitting accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports by agreedupon dates set by Sales Management.
Meet and exceed goals set by Sales Leadership.
