hat You’ll Do Client Verification.
Help us get to know our clients by accurately identifying and verifying theirinformation, using business and personal documentation.
Partner with Third-Party Providers.
Work with our third-party partners to support Ottimate’s paymentmethods, making onboarding and data updates quick and seamless.
Communicate Compliance Requirements.
Clearly explain why compliance matters to both our clientsand internal teams, helping everyone stay informed.
Assess Client Risk.
Conduct assessments to determine client risk levels, and address any alerts or issues quickly and accurately, in line with our policies.
Credit Assessment.
Review financial documents to determine the appropriate credit limit for eachclient.
Collaborate Across Teams.
Work with different departments to improve the overall customerexperience and ensure compliance.
Annual Risk Assessments.
Participate in our annual BSA/AML and Enterprise Risk Assessments tokeep Ottimate aligned with industry standards.
Policy Updates.
Help write and update policies and procedures to keep our practices current andeffective.
Manage Chargebacks.
Oversee chargeback requests, ensuring they are handled accurately and in atimely manner.
