Job Overview
Were looking for a detailoriented professional to manage new claims for various commercial coverages and keep client accounts up to date in Alliants system. Youll ensure strong client relationships through responsive, realtime communication.

Key Responsibilities
Process and set up new claims for commercial lines.
Maintain accurate client records in Alliants system.
Provide timely, clientfacing support to ensure satisfaction.

Schedule
Training Schedule 800 am 540pm Monday to Friday
Operations Scheule Monday 630am 430pm, Tuesday to Friday de 630am a 400pm

Requirements
Prior experience in a call center or administrative role.
Proficient in both English and Spanish. B2 or higher
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word, Outlook and familiarity with office software and databases.
Valid Mexican documents.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
