We are a leading national insurance distributor with over 700 locations across the United States. Our Tijuana corporate office in Mexico employs more than 1,700 associates dedicated to delivering top-tier customer service and support to our diverse insurance brands.

Job Overview:
We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage new claims for various commercial coverages and keep client accounts up to date in Alliant’s system. You'll ensure strong client relationships through responsive, real-time communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and set up new claims for commercial lines.
Maintain accurate client records in Alliant’s system.
Provide timely, client-facing support to ensure satisfaction.

-Schedule
Training Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:40pm Monday to Friday
Operations Scheule: Monday 6:30am - 4:30pm, Tuesday to Friday de 6:30am a 4:00pm

Requirements:
-Prior experience in a call center or administrative role.
-Proficient in both English and Spanish. (B2 or higher)
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with office software and databases.
-Valid Mexican documents.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
