We are currently searching for a Business Intelligence Lead.
Responsibilities.
Lead the creation of reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Optimize direct query modes on databases, PBI, and DAX.
Maintain and administer PBI workspaces, including security and gateways.
Translate technical solutions into business value for customers.
Requirements.
8-10 years in the IT industry.
4-5 years of experience in Power BI report and dashboard creation.
Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and Power Query M language.
Knowledge of SSAS, Azure Analysis Services, and Power BI Premium Gen 2.
Experience with different connectivity modes and CI/CD.
Strong leadership and technical problem-solving skills.
English proficiency, both verbal and written.
Experience in delivering end-to-end solutions and acting as a Tech Lead.
Desired.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform, Power Platform, and other BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
Experience in leading BI Developer teams.
Familiarity with databases like MS SQL, Oracle, or similar.
Experience with international teams and agile methodologies.
Experience creating E2E BI solutions using big data sets.
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
