What this job involves is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daytoday operations of the facility with a strong emphasis on creating exceptional guest experiences. This role combines traditional facility management duties with hospitalitydriven service delivery to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and wellmaintained environment for all occupants and visitors

Work schedule Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm Work model on Site




What is your day to day

Oversee maintenance, cleaning, and security of the facility
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations
Develop and implement guestcentric policies and procedures
Coordinate frontofhouse operations, including reception and concierge services
Oversee food and beverage operations, if applicable
Continuously assess and improve the quality of guest services
Implement hospitality best practices to enhance overall satisfaction
Prepare and manage operational budgets
Identify costsaving opportunities without compromising service quality
Coordinate and oversee facility preparation for special events
Ensure seamless execution of events in collaboration with relevant departments
Desired experience and technical skills

Bachelors degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management, or related field
Fluent English
Proven experience in facility management and hospitality services
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and building regulations
Proficiency in facility management and hospitality management software
This role requires a unique blend of technical facility management skills and a hospitalityoriented mindset to create exceptional experiences for all facility users.
