As Marketing Specialist you will be working to develop Globant 360° MKT and Comms efforts within the LATAM market mainly.
Main tasks and Responsibilities.
Build and lead the marketing B2B pipeline for LATAM territory.
Drive the end to end marketing demand generation funnel for assigned projects within the portafolios (countries).
Amplify Globant´s value proposition and showcase it in a creative and relevant way, both onsite and virtual.
- Run the roll out of Global initiatives within markets in scope.
Partner with the Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development and alliances teams throughout the marketing funnel.
Work together with Client Experience, Digital Marketing, Employer Brand, Digital Properties, PR, Agencies and other areas.
Be the focal for overall marketing initiatives in those markets.
Requirements.
Advance English.
4 years of experience working in B2B / Consultancy Marketing roles.
Experience with CRMs is a plus.
A flexible team player who is keen to work in a stimulating, ever changing environment and thrive on the opportunities that this can bring.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
The ideal candidate will be determined, outgoing, positive, articulate and diplomatic.
Strong organizational and time management skills – with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
