om About the role Coordinate and control the acquisition of purchases needed by the company in the amounts and terms established, with the necessary quality levels.
Key responsibilities • Planning of spare part requirements based on movements of outputs based on production requirements.
• Negotiate prices.
• Get quotes with competitive market prices for the purchase of equipment, services and materials required in compliance with the procurement procedure.
• Update or register suppliers for new and existing spare parts and services.
• Identify potential suppliers for cost and quality improvement.
• Verification of inventory levels in UMD-MX through cyclical inventory counts during the year.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 2 years of experience working in supply chain roles.
• Demonstrated knowledge in purchase of refractions and search for suppliers.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs (i.
.
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and SAP.
