RECRUITMENT SOURCER

Right now we are looking for a Recruitment Sourcer  to join our team at Globant!   You will get the chance to.
Identify and engage candidates through various platforms, such as LinkedIn, talent databases, and social media.
Analyze and evaluate profiles to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
Maintain professional and ongoing communication with candidates to generate interest in the company and open positions.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and priorities.
Prepare progress reports and sourcing metrics   What will help you succeed.
Minimum of 1 year as a Sourcer or in a related recruitment role.
Advanced English (mandatory for communication with your team, as you will be working for a team in USA) Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Experience sourcing for the tech industry or IT roles.
Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics.
