recruiting coordinator (talent acquisition coordinator)  we are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join the solar turbines talent acquisition team as a talent acquisition coordinator (recruiting coordinator).

talent acquisition partners and this team provides recruiting support for production and salaried management/support roles across the united states.
t what you will do.
provide administrative assistance to the u.
.
recruiting team including but not limited to activities that will range from pre-employment processes to managing documentation for prospective candidates, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, creating job postings and generating required letters, etc.
initiate and monitor pre-employment background screening and medical processes.
manage pre-employment process and maintenance of all pre-hire employee personnel files and records ensuring timely and accurate data entry for applicant tracking and audits.
participate in weekly meetings with the medical team to review and update candidate pre-employment medical screening status receive and process the requisitions for hiring contingent workers, ensuring proper compliance procedures are followed manage the incoming requisitions in workday to accurately assign the appropriate recruiter in a timely manner communicate professionally and timely with internal and external candidates and hiring managers
