Profile.
Professional experience as HR in Plant as specialist and knowledge in Recruitment Qualifications.
Previous experience in recruiting.

-  Facilitate and complete various tasks during all Recruitment phases -  Collaborates with Hiring Managers to identify and write detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria -  Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on available role, industry standards, and organizational needs.
-  In charge of the recruitment process from start to finish for inexperienced positions and professional practices, this includes attracting and searching for candidates.
-  Guarantee adherence with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
-  Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
-  Provide innovative and scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet P&G's strategic objectives in Mexico.
-  Serve as a strategic recruiter/talent advisor by actively building a positive relationship with business leaders by providing talent insights and recommendations using deep technical savvy, market knowledge and a strong network for some of the senior roles -  Develop innovative sourcing strategies and ensure a high-touch experience for candidates What we offer you.
