Therefore, you need to be fluent in English and have great communication skills.
Previous experience is not required, looking for someone who is curious and open minded.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements.
- Find candidates based on requirements using LinkedIn, Job Boards, social media, and other tools - You need to have your own LinkedIn account - Conduct preliminary interviews with the candidates to qualify them - Send the qualified candidates to the hiring managers - Build strong relationships with the candidates - Represent our candidates and find potential hiring managers for them - You need to be fluent in English, have strong communication skills, have a high speed internet, and a laptop This is a contract based position, Full-Time, base salary plus commission.
